Pastors Jim and Christy Thornton have served at Tulsa Hills Church since 1999. Jim’s ministry passions include proclaiming the transforming message of holiness in down-to-earth language as well as leading others into an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ through the ministry of prayer. He earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Southern Nazarene University and is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. Christy earned a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Nazarene University and serves as Administrative Pastor as well as Pastor to Women. Christy is an ordained deacon in the Church of the Nazarene. They are blessed with three sons, two daughters-in-law, and two granddaughters: Tyler and Kenna, Charlotte, and Ella; Josh and Maddie, and Jacob.
